Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MocRoc mobile application and website (the "Service"), provided by MocRoc Learning ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or guardian has read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
• You must give true and complete information when you register and keep it up to date.

2. Your account

• One account is for one student. Do not share your account, password or OTP with anyone.
• An account can be signed in on a limited number of devices at a time. Signing in on a new device may sign out an older one.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at support@mocroc.in at once if you think someone else is using it.

3. What you get

• Registered students can take one free test in each category (Micro, Mini and Full Length) of each exam.
• The paid plan (199 rupees for 6 months) opens every mock test for its full validity period. The plan is not renewed automatically; when it ends you may buy it again.
• Mock tests are practice tests. Scores, ranks and percentiles are calculated only among MocRoc students and do not predict your result in NEET, JEE or any other examination.
• MocRoc is not connected with the National Testing Agency (NTA) or any government body.

4. Use of content

• All questions, solutions, figures and other material in the Service belong to MocRoc Learning or its licensors and are protected by copyright law.
• The content is licensed to you only for your personal, non-commercial study inside the app. You must not copy, download, record, screenshot, photograph, publish, sell, share or distribute any of it, or try to extract it from the app.
• Breaking this rule may lead to your account being closed without refund, and to legal action.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service: no automated access, reverse engineering, attempts to get around payment or access controls, or interference with other students.
• Do not upload or send anything unlawful, offensive or harmful through support or feedback forms.

6. Payments

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Suspension and closing an account

• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms.
• You can delete your account at any time from Profile > Settings > Delete account.

8. Disclaimer and liability

• We work hard to make every question and answer correct. If you find an error, report it from the solution screen and we will correct it.
• The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may change these Terms. If the change is important we will ask you to accept the new Terms in the app.

10. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of our registered office have jurisdiction.
