Is MocRoc free?

Every registered student gets one free Micro, one free Mini and one free Full Length test for each exam. The plan (199 rupees for 6 months) opens every test.

Does the plan renew automatically?

No. When it ends you can buy it again from Profile > My Plan.

Does the plan cover both NEET and JEE Main?

Yes. One plan opens every test of both exams.

Can I download the questions?

No. To protect the content, questions are shown only inside the app.

What happens if I close the app during a test?

Your saved answers are kept and the timer keeps running, as in the real exam. Open the test again to continue. When time is up the test is submitted automatically.

How is the rank calculated?

From the first attempt of every MocRoc student who took the same test.

I found a mistake in a question.

Open the solution and tap "Report an error". We check every report.

I paid but the tests are still locked.

Pull down to refresh on the Home screen. If they are still locked, write to support@mocroc.in with your payment reference.

How do I delete my account?

Profile > Settings > Delete account.
